Angus Lafaye is Chairman of the Board of Milliken Forestry Company, Inc., which has its principal office in Columbia, South Carolina. Mr. Lafaye earned a B. S. in Forest Management from Clemson University in 1965 and has more than forty years of experience as a consulting forester and appraiser in the Southeast. He has extensive experience in developing appraisals, growth and value projections, management plans, timber inventories, and the management and development of hardwoods.
Mr. Lafaye is a long standing member of the Association of Consulting Foresters, the Society of American Foresters, and is a past Chair of the South Carolina Forestry Association. He is a Registered Forester in South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia. He is also a licensed real estate agent in South and North Carolina.
As President of Milliken Forestry Company, he is actively involved in management decisions on behalf of numerous clients with varying objectives. He enjoys working with his clients and finds his work both challenging and rewarding.

Mr. Comalander earned a A.D. from Horry-Georgetown Technical College in 1974 and has more than thirty (30+) years experience assisting private landowners. He has extensive knowledge in forest management, wildlife management, land management, income projections, land analysis, timber analysis, with a special expertise in quail and endangered species management, along with active management of approximately eighty thousand (80,000) acres of timberland.
Mr. Comalander is a member of Society of American Foresters, South Carolina Forestry Association, American Tree Farm System and Carolina Quail Association. Mr. Comalander is a Registered Forester in South Carolina and North Carolina. He is a certified Red-cockaded Woodpecker manager holding Federal and State Endangered Species Permits, coordinating research, grant proposals, habitat management, mitigation and technical analysis on over two hundred (200) RCW colonies representing the largest population on private lands in South Carolina. He is a South Carolina Prescribed Fire Manager and a Registered Tree Farm Inspector.
As President, Mr. Comalander coordinates day to day activities of Milliken Forestry Co., Inc., business development and is actively involved in management decisions benefitting numerous clients, while achieving their management objectives.

Mr. Corley earned an Associate Of Science Degree in Forest Management from Horry-Georgetown Technical College in 1974 and has more than thirty-five (35+) years experience in assisting private landowners with forestry management. He has knowledge of all aspects of forestry management specializing in diversified hardwood management.
Mr. Corley is a member of the South Carolina Forestry Association, South Carolina Biomass Council, and the Society Of American Foresters. Mr. Corley is a Registered Forester in South Carolina and North Carolina. He is a South Carolina Certified Prescribed Fire Manager and Registered Tree Farm Inspector.
Mr. Corley is responsible for assisting in coordinating and prioritizing work load for the company while providing leadership and business development. He also assists clients with decisions that relate to forestry and property management.

Mr. Baker earned a B.S. degree in Forest Management from Clemson University in 1980. He has over 26 years of forest and land management experience throughout South Carolina. His areas of expertise include both pine and hardwood management utilizing fertilization, herbicides and improved seedling selection on large acreage tracts.
Mr. Baker is a member of the Association of Consulting Foresters where he currently serves on the Executive Committee. He is also a member of the Society of American Foresters and the South Carolina Forestry Association where he represents the ACF on the SC SFI Committee. Mr. Baker is a registered forester in South Carolina and a SC Prescribed Fire Manager.
Mr. Baker is responsible for coordination of scheduling for personnel on a day-to-day basis. He also assists with managing and training the forest staff. He manages over 50,000 acres in South Carolina.

Norman Boatwright currently manages the Environmental Services Division of Milliken Forestry Services. The Division handles typical forestry consulting, SFI and ATF Audits, Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, Forest Soil Mapping, Wetland Delineation, and other Biological Services. He has over twenty-eight years experience in intensive forest management, seventeen years experience in environmental services and seven years experience in SFI auditing. He has conducted Phase I Assessments on over two hundred and fifty projects covering 3,000,000 acres, Endangered Species Assessment on timberland across the South, and managed soil mapping projects over 1.3 million acres. Norman is a RABQSA Qualified Lead Auditor with extensive experience auditing procurement and land management organizations. |

Bill is a forestry consultant and has been with MFC for thirteen (13) years. He manages private landowners’ timberland throughout South Carolina with emphasis on timber harvests, timber analysis, controlled burning, longleaf restoration, herbicide applications and reforestation efforts, timber cruising, wildlife habitat improvements, as well as other routine forestry practices.
Bill earned his Bachelor of Science in Forest Management from Clemson University in 1996. He is a registered forester in SC and NC; a member of the Society of American Foresters, the South Carolina Forestry Association, the Richland County Forestry Association and Coastal Conservation Association. Bill is also a Prescribed Fire Manager.

Mr. McMillan is currently the manager of the Real Estate Division. Based in Columbia, South Carolina, Mr. McMillan assists landowners and investors with real estate and land management needs. With over thirteen (13+) years of experience in intensive land management, he develops property for higher and better use, and he assists with selling and buying of thousands of acres. Mr. McMillan’s experience also includes an extensive knowledge of timberland fertilization, herbicides and silvicultural techniques, as well as marketing timber and timber appraisals.
From 1998 to 2003, Mr. McMillan was the manager of the TIMO group at MFC working directly with pension fund managers. His experience includes management of large timber inventories, growth and yield projections, management plan development, Geographic Information System (GIS), Geographic Positioning System (GPS) technologies, timberland valuations.

Mr. Brian Rogers earned his B.S. in Forest Resource Management from Clemson University in 1996. He began his career in Central Georgia working for a private forestry and wildlife consulting firm assisting private landowners. Mr. Rogers joined Milliken Forestry Co., Inc. in 1998 working with private landowners and institutional investment properties. Mr. Rogers is currently the manager of the TIMO Group in charge of management operations of multiple institutional investment properties and nonindustrial private landowners in NC, SC, GA, and AL.
Mr. Rogers draws from more than twelve (12+) years experience in order to maximize the investment potential and/or goals of his client's properties. Mr. Rogers provides a full array of services including complete timberland management through timber appraisals, timber growth modeling, financial analyses, management plans, reforestation, fertilization, etc.
Mr. Rogers is a member of The Society of American Foresters and the South Carolina Forestry Association. He has served as Chapter Treasurer, Chapter Chair Elect, and Chapter Chair for The Society of American Foresters. He was recently awarded the Young Foresters Leadership Award by the South Carolina Division of The Society of American Foresters. Mr. Rogers is a Registered Forester in South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia. Additionally, he is a South Carolina Certified Prescribed Fire Manager, Registered Tree Farm Inspector and Certified Vegetation Manager.

John manages approximately 25,000 acres of timberland in South Carolina, North Carolina and Georgia. With more than eleven years experience in timber management, timber valuation, forest inventory, herbicide application, wildlife and financial assessments, John works closely with landowners to achieve their goals.
John earned Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees from Clemson University, where he was a member of Xi Sigma Pi honor fraternity. A registered forester in South Carolina, North Carolina and Georgia, John is a member of the Society of American Foresters and the South Carolina Forestry Association and is a candidate member of the Association of Consulting Foresters.

Mr. Springer earned a B.S. in Forest Resource Management from Clemson University in 1999 and has more than ten (10+) years experience assisting private landowners. He has extensive knowledge in developing management plans, projecting income, silvicultural techniques and herbicides as well as marketing timber and reforestation. Mr. Springer also has experience developing and implementing wildlife habitat improvement strategies.
Mr. Springer is a registered forester in South Carolina and a member of the South Carolina Forestry Association. He is a long time member and supporter of the Quality Deer Management Association.
As a forester, Mr. Springer is responsible for general forestry and support services for the company, as well as leadership and business development. He provides guidance to clients for developing and pursuing management goals, with an emphasis on blending financial and recreational objectives.

Mr. Duncan earned a B.S. in Forest Resource Management from Clemson University in 1999 and has more than ten years experience assisting private landowners. He has extensive knowledge developing management plans, projecting income, silvicultural techniques, herbicides as well as marketing timber and reforestation. Mr. Duncan also has experience with RCW management, SFI auditing and environmental phase one assessments.
Mr. Duncan is a member of the SC Tree Farm Committee, the Society of American Foresters, and the South Carolina Forestry Association. He is currently serving as the District 10 Chair on the SC Tree Farm committee and is the 2010 Chair elect for the Central Carolina chapter of the Society of American Foresters. Mr. Duncan is a Registered Forester in South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia and Maryland. He is a South Carolina Certified Prescribed Fire Manager, registered Tree Farm inspector and holds State and Federal RCW management Permits.

Mr. Grindley earned a B.S. in Forest resource Management from Clemson University in 1998 and has more than ten (10±) years experience in assisting private land owners, fiduciaries and institutional timberland groups. He has extensive knowledge in developing management plans, valuation and timber inventory, silvicultural techniques, property reforestation and timber marketing as well as public records research. Mr. Grindley also has experience with GIS/GPS mapping programs and equipment, oversight of fiber supply agreements and land valuation.
Mr. Grindley is a member of the South Carolina Forestry Association and the Society of American Foresters. He is a Registered Forester in South Carolina and North Carolina and a licensed Apprentice Appraiser in South Carolina. Mr. Grindley is also a Certified Tree Farm Inspector.
As a Forester and Apprentice Appraiser, Mr. Grindley is responsible for general forestry and support services, assisting in research, valuation and writing of appraisal assignments as well as leadership and business development for the company. Mr. Gabrielli earned a B.S. in Forest Resource Management from Clemson University in 2003 along with a degree in Forest Management Technology from Horry Georgetown Technical College in 1999 and has more than fourteen (14+) years experience assisting private landowners and industrial timberland management companies. His knowledge includes developing management plans, income projection, silvicultural implementations such as herbicide application, marketing timber, prescribed burning and reforestation. Mr. Gabrielli also has experience with wildlife management and habitat improvement, and environmental assessments.

Mr. Gabrielli is a member of the Society of American Foresters, the South Carolina Forestry Association, Delta Waterfowl, and The Flyway Foundation. Mr. Gabrielli is a Certified Forester, thru the Society of American Foresters. He is a South Carolina Certified Prescribed Fire Manager and Registered Tree Farm Inspector.

Mr. Chavis currently works in a technical forester capacity providing support and technical services to MFC’s staff of foresters. He has over ten (10) years of forest management and technical forestry experience and over sixteen (16) years experience in GPS and GIS. In addition, Mr. Chavis has extensive experience in GIS data integration with particular regard to large scale timber inventories. Involvement in past inventory projects includes cruise design, project coordination, cruise computation, statistical analysis and data integration.
Mr. Chavis has also been instrumental in the customization of MFC’s inventory software and reporting. Mr. Chavis is a Certified Forester, Prescribed Fire Manager, a member of the Association of Consulting Foresters, Society of American Foresters, and the South Carolina Forestry Association.

Mr. Clement earned a B.S. in Biology from The Citadel in 1995 and an M.B.A. with a concentration in Strategic Management from The Citadel in 2004. He has more than fourteen (14+) years experience in natural resource management with extensive experience in designing wildlife and habitat management plans that are customized to the unique resources and goals of the landowner. Mr. Clement also has specialized experience with controlled burning, RCW management, and Phase One Environmental Site Assessments.
Mr. Clement is a member of numerous conservation groups and is a past President of the the South Carolina Plantation Managers Association. He is a certified prescribed fire manager and a certified private pesticide applicator.
As the Manager of Wildlife Services, Mr. Clement is responsible for developing and providing wildlife and habitat management services for the company's clients.

Lawton Nichols graduated from Clemson University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science in Forest Resource Management. He became a consultant with Milliken Forestry in June 2006.
Mr. Nichols is responsible for working with private landowners to meet their objectives as well as assisting cooworkers with timber sales and timber cruises. The areas in which he is most experienced are marking selective thinnings, marketing timber, coordinating timber sales, cruising timber, working with landowners, working with timber buyers and loggers, prescribed burning, reforestation, and tree surveys.
Mr. Nichols is a South Carolina Registered Forester, a Candidate Certified Forester, a SC Prescribed Fire Manager, a member of the Society of American Forestors and a member of the South Carolina Forestry Association.

Mr. Anderson earned a B.S. in Biology from The State University of West Georgia in 1996 and a M.F.R. in Forest Management from the University of Georgia in 1999. He has more than ten years experience in land management. Prior to joining Millliken Forestry Comapany he served as Management Forester for Rayonier, Inc., a publicly-traded international forest products company, structured as a Real Estate Investment Trust. He has extensive expertise in the management of Southern pine plantations. As a graduate student, Todd completed an assisatantship with TimberMart South, where he crafted the newsletter of industry news and assisted in the preparation of quarterly price reports.
Mr. Anderson is a Georgia Registered Forester, and member of the Society of American Foresters and the Georgia Forestry Association. As a Forester, Mr. Anderson currently manages Timberland Investment Management Organization (TIMO) land in Georgia and Alabama.

Mr. Sumner earned an Associate Degree in Fish and Wildlife Management from Haywood Community College. Mr. Sumner began his wildlife management career with the South Carolina Department of Natural Resources where he was employed for 15 years. During Mr. Sumner’s career with SCDNR he managed the Forks and Key Bridge Wildlife Management Areas. His duties included conducting wildlife surveys, planting wildlife openings, public dove fields and waterfowl impoundments. Mr. Sumner worked with agencies such as the US Forest Service, the US Fish & Wildlife Department, paper companies and national conservation organizations regarding wildlife management.
Mr. Sumner brings to Milliken Forestry Company his experience and expertise in assisting private landowners with technical advice on improving wildlife on their land, assisting private hunt clubs setting up cooperative deer management services, collecting data and advising on better deer management practices. Mr. Sumner prepares written burn plans and conducts prescribed burning as well as fire break design, installation and maintenance. Mr. Sumner holds certifications in pesticide and herbicide use, CDL and heavy equipment operation, wild land fire fighter training and prescribed fire management.
Mr. Sumner conducts the on the ground operations for the Wildlife Services Division of Milliken Forestry Company. Mr. Sumner’s areas of expertise include; food plots, dove field and waterfowl impoundment layout, design and implementation of the layout and designs. Mr. Sumner conducts camera surveys for deer management, installation and maintenance of fire breaks and supplies technical assistance to landowners. Mr. Sumner also carries out controlled burning for Milliken Forestry Company on private lands.

Harvey earned his B.S. degree in Management in 1992 from Clemson University. Harvey is the third generation of his family to be in the Land Management and Timber industry in SC. He says he “grew up in the timber industry, learning from his grandfather what they can’t teach you in books”. Harvey officially began his real estate career with Atlantic Coast Properties in 2000, joining Milliken Forestry in 2010.
Harvey is a member of The South Carolina Forestry Association as well as the Saluda County Forestry Association. Harvey also owns and manages property in several counties in South Carolina. Clients say that this adds to his experience and makes him more valuable to individuals and institutions who are interested in his advisory services of selling and acquiring land and timber tracts.

He has worked with Milliken Forestry Company, Inc. for over nine (9+) years in Land Sales in both North and South Carolina.
Mr. Jewell is a Registered Forester and has Real Estate Sales License in both North & South Carolina. He is a member of the South Carolina Forestry Association and formally served on Committees of the North Carolina Forestry Association and South Carolina Forestry Associations as a Bowater, Incorporated representative.
